Annabell’s Banksia Court Fraser Island – Located in the quiet 2nd Valley at Happy Valley, Banksia Court is a townhouse which can sleep up to 12 in 5 bedrooms. It is close to the beach (300m) as well as the local store & bistro at the Happy Valley Resort. It has 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed: Bedroom 2 a Queen bed. Bedrooms 3 a set of double bunks. Bedroom 4 a set of double bunks. Bedroom 5 on the lower level connect by internal staircase has a Queen bed & 2 Single beds. There is a large comfortable living room with satellite TV. The kitchen has been refurbished & is equipped with a full range of utensils with new stainless steel appliances, gas stove and large electric refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. There is a separate drinks fridge and tuckerbox freezer. The large dining room is well equipped. The laundry has an automatic washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets.

There is a large protected undercover area with built in gas BBQ/kitchen and outdoor furniture which is ideal for entertaining. Power is supplied by state of art solar system with generator backup. Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers. Banksia Court is ideal for a large multiple family or fishing groups. As Happy Valley is centrally located on the Eastern Beach it is a great base for exploring all the beautiful lakes and features Fraser has to offer. It is also a handy spot to base yourself if you like chasing fish up and down the beach.
