General information:
- All homes are self- contained.
- Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am, except by prior arrangement.
- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Guests need to bring their own linen (sheets, pillow slips, towels and tea towels).Doonas, blankets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided.
- Guests should bring their own food and drink as only basic supplies are available on the island.
- Happy Valley Property Management promotes the use of eco-friendly solar and alternative power sources. Guests should only use those household appliances provided and avoid the use of energy draining car fridges, hair dryers and electric heaters.
- A deposit is required to secure a booking and payment in full is required four weeks prior to arrival.
- On departure we expect all guests to leave the property as they found it – in a clean and tidy state. All homes supply a full range of cleaning products and equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
The property owners & HVPM are represented by local Managers who live in Happy Valley.
