A spacious well appointed house with ocean views for an enjoyable holiday on Fraser Island. 6 bedrooms on 2 levels with 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. Sleeps up to 16 people & is ideal for 2 or 3 family groups. Kitchens fully equipped with gas stoves, mircowaves, large fridge/freezers & full range of cooking & eating utensils. 3 vehicle carport ideal for unpacking your car in the shade or out of the rain. Free wifi (limited).

Ground Floor:
3 bedrooms. 2 have Queen beds & 3rd has Queen bed and Single bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.
Kitchen – fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer.
Open living/dining area with satellite TV & DVD. Large deck with outdoor furniture. BBQ. Laundry with auto washing machine, freezer and storage area. Ceiling fans. Gate on stairs.

Top floor:
Top floor has ocean views & has just been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and extended lounge room and floor coverings. In the new protected deck area there is a new outdoor BBQ/kitchen and entertainment area with bar & drinks fridge. Top floor has 3 bedrooms. No.1 has Queen bed. No. 2 has Queen bed with set of bunk beds. No.3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. 2 bathroom/toilets. Kitchen – fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer & pantry. Open living/dining area with satellite TV & DVD. Ceiling fans. The large covered deck has outdoor furniture and ocean views.

Power is supplied by state of art solar system with generator backup. Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers. Free wifi (limited) is available for guests.

There are gates on all stairs. All living rooms & bedrooms (except bunk room) have ceiling fans.

Close walking distance to beach and all amenities such as Happy Valley Retreat with shop, bar, Bistro and fuel.

As Happy Valley is centrally located on the Island’s eastern beach, it is an ideal location from which to base your holiday activities such as fishing or exploring the Islands lakes, rain forests & beaches.
