Fraser Island Holiday Home -

Self-contained tropical style beach house with spacious lawn. Extensive use of Fraser Island Satinay timber, lattice, iron, french doors and decking throughout.  

Centrally located in Happy Valley close to the attractions of this World Heritage listed island. ‘The Great Walk’ starting point and the Great Sandy Straits National Park adjoin the township. Short stroll to the beach along the boardwalk. Short walk to store, fuel, bistro, coffee, bar and ice facilities.

Property Details:

Five bedrooms.  Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Bedroom configuration is as follows:

  1. Upstairs Bedroom: 1 queen
  2. Upstairs Bedroom: 2 bunk beds
  3. Upstairs Bedroom: 1 bunk bed
  4. Bedroom: 1 double bed
  5. Bedroom 5: 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed.

Kitchen facilities includes gas stove, microwaves, large fridge, freezer, bar fridges, and range of cooking and eating utensils.

Two bathrooms and two toilets.  Bathroom and toilet are separated on ground floor.

Guests need to bring their own sheets, towels, food and personal items. Pillow slips and blankets are provided.

Power is supplied by an environmentally friendly solar system with generator backup, if required. Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers.
