Property Description

Annabell’s Beachbreak -
Bushy’s Beachbreak is ideal for 2 or 3 families or large fishing groups. This two-story home can allow for independent self-contained living across two levels. The upstairs living area is spacious and includes a bar/entertainment area which opens onto a covered deck with a BBQ, making it ideal for entertaining family and friends. The kitchens on each level are fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and a full range of cooking and eating utensils. There is a bathroom and toilet on each level. Living areas have Satellite TV and DVDs. High-Speed Starlink internet will be installed in February 2024.
Located in the heart of Happy Valley, close to the beach near Fraser Island Retreat, which has a shop for basic supplies, fuel, and great coffee, as well as a Bar and Bistro for meals. The house is in a quiet serene location with no passing traffic where you can enjoy the prolific bird life and adjacent bushland of the World Heritage Listed area.
There is a 2-car garage with ample storage area for your gear, with outdoor parking for an additional 2 or 3 4WDs. A hose is provided to wash down your vehicles after a day of driving on the beach.
The property has a laundry with a 10kg Washing Machine, including outdoor and undercover drying lines. There is a storage room with a chest freezer and an extra fridge/freezer which you can use for drinks or food.
It is an ideal location to base your holiday activities such as fishing or exploring the Island’s Lakes, rainforests, and beaches.
There is an undercover fish cleaning facility for your convenience.
The property has a local management team who can assist with your needs.
This is a self-clean property, and guests must provide their own linen, towels, and pillowcases. No Sleeping Bags, please.
